Silly girl!

The perfect mix of girly (dress and bag) and tough (boots and accessories) is what all girls want to achieve with their outfits. This outfit can totally blend into a music festival, don't you think so?
 
Skater dresses are flattering on lean and tall frames since the top of the dress clings to the body's curves while the bottom flares out, adding a bit of bulk to the bottom half. Not only skater dresses flattering on lean and tall bodies but almost everyone's. A black one would suit all frames but for model-like types, a light and floral printed one would work just fine.
 
Another pair of boots a girl should have is a pair of biker boots, aside from having one in suede (and flat at that!) and lace-up style. It toughens just about any outfit you own and can easily be paired with anything.
 
Top the outfit off with accessories that are simple yet striking, such as this shark's tooth silver bracelet, black bag with a giant bow and subtle studs and a woven trilby.

Another way to update your boots combo is to upgrade your cardigan to a biker jacket. It doesn't have to be in leather though (but a touch of it would be nice) and make sure it stands out.
 
Update your plain black leggings with printed ones. If you're not sure about delving in to bright florals or stripes, try to buy printed leggings with black still as its base color and then go crazy with what print you're going to pick.
 
Keep your outfit neutral with black touches and don't be afraid to mix gold and silver jewelry. Just keep it minimum though. Since the jacket and the top have jewel trims or studs, a simple yet striking pendant necklace and ring would suffice.
 
Top with superstar shades and you're all set for a night out dancing or impressing the fashion crowd.

Here's just the right take on a dress with boots: the dress has a girly print yet (the rose on the top) at the same time, its color is strong (a wonderful shade of green) and can be translated as masculine. Pair with boots and a bag (a sling bag for everyday use) which look slightly worn in for that added rugged touch. Add some bright bangles to liven things up and a pair of eye glasses for some quirkiness.
